Facilities Hire
At Gladstone Park Primary School we are pleased to be able to offer two halls to hire for events. These are perfect for community groups or private functions.
Sports Hall - This is a spacious venue (18m x 18m) with windows on two sides. The hall can be hired for clubs or group workouts. It is also an ideal location for wedding receptions, birthday parties or any function where you want to invite a large number of people. Maximum capacity 500 people.
Basic hire rate - £69 per hour, minimum hire 2 hours
Functions: Monday to Thursday (excluding Bank Holidays) - £85 per hour, minimum hire 2 hours
Functions: Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays - £160 per hour, minimum hire 2 hours
Performing Arts Hall - This is a spacious hall (15.5m x 9.5m), which contains a stage (3.8m x 9.5m) with curtains. We use this space for many of our school gatherings, performances and productions. It is the perfect place for parties and functions. Maximum capacity 250 people.
Basic hire rate - £60 per hour, minimum hire 2 hours
Functions: Monday to Thursday (excluding Bank Holidays) - £70 per hour, minimum hire 2 hours
Functions: Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays - £140 per hour, minimum hire 2 hours
Both halls can be hired during the school week between 6pm and 11.30pm. During school holidays between 8.00am to 11.30pm. A deposit of £500 is required, which will be refunded after the letting has taken place if the function proceeded satisfactorily.
